Blumenkohl und Brokkoli in Salzwasser garen. Abgie\u00dfen und das Kochwasser auffangen. 50ml Kochwasser abmessen und mit dem Frischk\u00e4se glatt r\u00fchren. Blumenkohl und Brokkoli in einer Auflaufform mischen,mit Pfeffer und Muskat w\u00fcrzen. Frischk\u00e4seso\u00dfe dar\u00fcber gie\u00dfen.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>2<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Beide K\u00e4sesorten fein reiben und mischen. Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len,waschen und grob raspeln. Mit Ei, Paprika und 1\/4 K\u00e4se vermengen. Salzen und Pfeffern. Kartoffel-K\u00e4se-Masse gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig auf dem Auflauf verteilen. Mit restlichen K\u00e4se bstreuen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen Umluft 175 Grad ca. 35 Min backen. Schnittlauch waschen und in R\u00f6llchen schneiden,dar\u00fcberstreuen.
