Die<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>weiche Butter mit Zucker und Vanillezucker schaumig r\u00fchren. Nach und nach f\u00fcnf Eigelb hinzuf\u00fcgen. Die gemahlenen Mandeln hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles mischen.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li>SCHRITT<\/li><\/ol><p>75 g Weizenmehl (Type 405), 1,2 TL Backpulver, 6 Eiwei\u00df (Gr. M) , 120 g Zartbitter \u2013 Schokoraspel<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Das Mehl mit dem Backpulver mischen, sieben und einr\u00fchren.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Die Eiwei\u00dfe steif schlagen und vorsichtig unter die Masse heben. Die Schokoladenraspeln von Hand unter die Masse heben.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li>SCHRITT<\/li><\/ol><p>1 Glas Schattenmorellen (Abtropfgewicht: 410 g)<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ofen auf 180 Grad Ober-\/ Unterhitze (Umluft: 160 Grad) vorheizen. Den Teig in die vorbereitete Springform einf\u00fcllen, die Kirschen vorsichtig in denTeig dr\u00fccken und im vorgeheizten Ofen ca. 25 Minuten backen. Kuchen vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li>SCHRITT<\/li><\/ol><p>700 g Sahne, 4 Pck. Sahnesteif<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Kuchen aus der Form l\u00f6sen lassen. Die Sahne mit dem Sahnesteif mischen und steif schlagen. Einen Tortenring um den Boden stellen und die H\u00e4lfte der Sahne darauf verteilen.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li>SCHRITT<\/li><\/ol><p>120 g Zartbitter \u2013 Schokoraspel<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Mit der restlichen Sahne die R\u00e4nder der Torte einstreichen. Den Tortenrand mit Schokoladenraspeln verzieren.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li>SCHRITT<\/li><\/ol><p>120 ml Eierlik\u00f6r<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Tortenoberseite am Rand mit Sahnetupfen verzieren, sodass keine L\u00fccken zwischen den H\u00e4ubchen zu sehen sind. Dann den Eierlik\u00f6r mittig auf die Sahne flie\u00dfen lassen. Torte bis zum Servieren kaltstellen.
