Den Eisbergsalat in ein Sieb geben, gut waschen und kurz abtropfen lassen.<\/h4><h4><strong>Schritt 2<\/strong><\/h4><h4 data-slot-rendered-content=\"true\">Den Schmand in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben. Die Zitrone rollen, halbieren und den Saft einer halben Zitrone auspressen. Zum Dressing kommen erstmal 2 EL Zitronensaft. Dazu noch 1 EL Zucker sowie 1 Prise Salz. Das Dressing abschmecken und ggf. noch etwas mehr Zitronensaft hinzugeben.<\/h4><h4><strong>Schritt 3<\/strong><\/h4><h4>Den abgetropften Eisbergsalat mit in die Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit dem Dressing vermengen.
