Nun alle Gew\u00fcrze mischen und die Unterseite der Schulter damit einreiben. Die Schulter nun mit der Schwarte nach unten in eine flache Sch\u00fcssel oder Auflaufform geben und soweit mit Bier auff\u00fcllen das nur die Schwarte davon bedeckt ist. Die Schwarte sollte ca. 2 Stunden darin ziehen.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Nach 2 Stunden den Krustenbraten rausnehmen und mit der Schwarte nach oben auf einem Weber Gasgrill (oder \u00e4hnlichem Grill) bei 190\u00b0 grillen, bis eine Kerntemperatur von 77\u00b0 erreicht ist.
