Die H\u00e4hnchenbrustfilets mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprikapulver w\u00fcrzen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12299-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Erhitze etwas Oliven\u00f6l in einer ofenfesten Pfanne und brate das H\u00e4hnchenfleisch von beiden Seiten ca. 2-4 Minuten an.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12299-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Jetzt nimmst du das Fleisch erst einmal aus der Pfanne und stellst es beiseite.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12299-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Erhitze noch etwas Oliven\u00f6l im gleichen Bratsud und d\u00fcnste darin zuerst die Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel an und hinterher noch die gehackte Knoblauchzehen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12299-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">L\u00f6sche das Ganze mit den passierten Tomaten und der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche ab. Gebe noch etwas Zucker hinzu. Lasse die Sauce kurz aufkochen und dann 5 Minuten leicht k\u00f6chelnd einkochen.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12299-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche abschmecken.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12299-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">R\u00fchre die Sahne unter und lege das Fleisch zur\u00fcck in die Pfanne.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12299-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Streue den Parmesan \u00fcber das Fleisch und ein paar gehackte Basilikumbl\u00e4tter.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12299-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Backe das H\u00e4hnchenfleisch mit verschlossenem Deckel im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180 Grad (Ober- und Unterhitze).
